Question? 700

Road draft tubes were used on vehicles prior to emission controls. The valve cover had a breather for the inlet and a tube located elsewhere on the engine, this tube dropped down low where the vehicles movement would create a slight vacuum and pull the blowby vapors out to the atmosphere. Big pollution maker!
I re-read your post and if I understand it correctly your blowby vapors are still going back to the turbo inlet hose. Sorry for the confusion.
