The Yankee realtors and housing market seem to be putting the shuck on you
guys!! I paced off the space the 4 Volvos in my driveway are taking up and
then paced off the rest of the driveway and concluded that I could easily put
another 20 cars in my DRIVEWAY with none in the street. (There are also 3 oak
trees in the middle of the driveway.)
This not some country mansion, it is a house and lot that I bought for $77K
here in Bartlesville. It's got 3000 square feet in the house and 968 sf in
the garage (which could accommodate at least 4 cars if I didn't have so many
Volvo parts and machine tools in it). Admittedly I got a pretty good deal and
it was almost 6 years ago when I bought it but I would guess that 85-90K would
be a fair price right now.

Volvogirl up in Maine knows how to deal with that kind of problem! She's got
plenty space and no hazards from reckless drivers on a crowded street!
