sounds groovey...i got my '86 240DL during my first year at university, and i'm now in my fourth...I've replaced a lot, but it's still a heck of a lot cheaper than car payments! and if you do it yourself, that saves a lot too. Where are you from in Ohio? Though i go to school in Waterloo, Ontario, I'm from Bluffon Ohio, and hour south of Toledo. it's always neat hearing about people from your neck of the woods on the 'board...good luck with the 740 turbo; my dream is to get a nice manual turbo car one of these days...
