Normally you go with softer springs with self adjusting load levellers if that is what you meant.
Self adjusting levellers will be just that, self adjusting. They keep the back end level whatever your load is.
I put on manually adjustable levellers and used OEM springs. Works great and keeps the back end straight even when heavily loaded.
Down side is I have to fill air at the gas station before loading car and release pressure when I'm finished.
The sagging is probably caused by your shocks, not the springs.
