Irregular idlle 740 GLE 1990 1990

My idle is somewhat irregular (in drive, but when I'm not driving, waiting for a light or so). It goes from 600 to 800 RPM. With the AC on it's even more irregular, it sometimes even starts to vibrate a little.
Except for this it drives perfect.
What could this be?
