fault codes gone nutty 200 2000

The clicking was part of the operational diagnostics. You can actually operate the injectors wih the OBD. Afetr you disconnect the Neg cable the codes should clear. I'm thinking you held the OBD button to long and entered the operational checks of the OBD. Drive the car and check the codes every now and then. Remember the OBD can throw a code without illuminating the "check Engine Light".
