The headlight problem could be blown bulbs, defective headlight relay or a loose wire. Check one of the low beam bulbs with a continuity meter to see if the element is still intact. Can you hear the relay click when you go from high to dim? If not the relay may need to be replaced (or repaired if you are able). If the bulbs are OK and the relay clicks, look for loose wiring from the relay to the bulbs. The tail light sounds like the bulb holder and it's contacts need to be cleaned. The squeal is probably a belt. With the engone off check tightness of all of the belts. With the engine running you can spray belt dressing (or WD-40) on them one at a time to locate the one that is squealing. Be careful when working around the engine when it is running, the belts and fan can remove fingers. Yours, not mine, so BE CAREFUL, the risk is yours.
