is it running rich when it's doing it?

Causes I've found:
1) o2
2) knock sensor (if still in circuit)
3) leaking intake gasket (on the blown 745, ended up having to have the intake milled for "o" ring type copper gaskets), but I've never seen this issue if not running excessive boost.
4) fuel reg, again, doubt it as you'd know, being a racer.
