940 wrinkled door panels.

This basically consists of a replacement program, such as you going to buy new panels and replacing your current ones. As I recall, there is hardly any financial significance to the exchange program. However, "exchange program" sounds a lot better than "just order new ones". I'm sure they knocked some dollars off the usually bloated Volvo price, but it wasn't like they were really giving the things away or anything.

Mostly the problem affected 960 models, not so much 940. Although there are instances of 940 door panel upholstery wrinkling.
