...Congratulations on all your recent accomplishments.

Your mention of the car's true mileage makes me wonder how CARFAX knows the instrument cluster had been replaced (?) Is it all based on Dealer records or what?

I've replaced lots of them over the years, but doubt that CARFAX knows.
