EZK troubleshoot guide...NEEDED

hi all

88 760 gle 2.8 auto 340k
have intermittent shutdown might be fuel (fuel pressure present in rail) as it loses power and stalls
COMPLETELY random no pattern...possible ezk unit,but shuts down soft not voilent as in ignition cutout.
relay is new
pump is new
harness looks ok

any suggestions will be most welcomed
car runs beautifully other than this!

has anyone reprogramed these EZK 115 and the LH 2.2 ECU
