brake line problems 200 1984

well, i only saw it was leaking from that general area. i'll clean it up nice and see if i can judge where it's coming from. if it is the valve,would i be able to possibly just put silicone tape on all the connections? it is a brand new junction box from FCP groton, if that provides any insight to if it is a bad junction box.
