Instrument cluster flickering 200 1989

No, no, no. Trust me. It's your temp compesator board. I had your EXACT symptoms and several people suggest I hunt down all sorts of grounding points, etc. Now that's all good and well and it's a good idea to clean up your grounding points every 60,000 miles or so (the Bentley manual shows most of the grounding points). I chased down all of these things to no avail. Your problem is the temperature compensating board, I'm telling you. Look no further. Would anybody like to wager?
