Instrument Clock

That's what I do now. I noticed the problem when I first disconected the battery. Since the battery is disconcted now, 'till I have time to try and get it running, I'll just wait untill the dash clock is correct to reconnect it.

I'm sure that if I could take the panel appart that I could fix it. It's probably just some gear or wheel that's broken, but I don't know if I can do that without damaging the rest of the panel. I would hate to get the clock working just to find that the speedo doesn't.
