Update on cheap shocks 140-160 1974

Classicgarage.com sells Armstrong rear shocks for the '74 144 @ $25 each. These are simple oil-filled shocks and were supposedly OE for my car. Does anyone have any experience with this brand? I haven't heard about Armstrong before.
