3M Emblem tape works the best, or if you can find it there is a thicker tape that is used to mopunt cell phone hangers to dashboards (also a 3M product).

I just got the big rear window louver and can shoot some pix of the mount brackets if you want to try and cobble smoe up. They appear to be made of stainless flat stock 1/16" thick with a kink to permit sliding the shim under the trim and have stainless 4/40 screws mounted in them that use 4/40 nylox nuts.
