Corona wheel questions...

Yep, Evan's right.

There were two countries of origin for most of those early Volvo alloys, Germany and Norway. Reportedly, the Norway wheels are heavier.

The small centers were an option, which came with the chrome cap lugnuts. There were similar options for steel wheels, but I don't believe the caps are interchangeable.
