How hard is it to replace an O2 sensor? 200 1980

The couple of times I've had replace an O2 sensor (in my old '79 and my current '80) I've ended up tearing the hell out of the old ones. But they were junk by that time so I didn't care.
Sensor is located on the exhaust manifold. Follow the wire as lucid suggested. Both times I used the Bosch universal single wire replacement sensor which costs around $20.00 locally. Call around. Someone will have it. You have to use the old wire but it's easy to connect. Pigtail splice is included with the new part.
Universal replacement part # is 11027.
OE replacement part # is 11051.
As far as I know they are the same sensor except the OE # has the complete wire and costs a little more.
