Klokkerholm of Sweden still have quite a good range of replacement panels for the 140 series, including RQP's and rear wheelarches.Do you need the full quarter pnl or just the arch repair section? The latter being much cheaper (last time I needed one it was in the $20 or so range), and if you're unable to find them stateside I could ship them over.

240 rear quarters can be made to fit, but as far as I'm aware the wheel arch is larger, so you'd have to modify some of the underlying bodywork as well to make it all fit together again. And of course the joint to the tail lights is different.
