Hi. Try on CVI automotive (a sweden based supplier, they ship to US). Download the parts catalog: last page: 277360 filler cap (lockable, with volvo logo) 240 kronar (may be US$ 25 plus s&h?).

I live on Peru (southamerica), but last year a US friend of mine adquire (from NY) some parts on CVI trought mail.
