First, congratulations you must have a high mileage car.
These are available free from Volvo.
The highest one issued was for 2 Million miles for Irv Gordon's one owner P1800. The badges say Volvo High Mileage Club, and have the specific 100,000 increment across the center.
The badges can be mounted either on the front grill, or by the back license plate - safe spot there will stick better and it can be seen and read by everyone right behind you in traffic!

They even appear on eBay sometimes, there is one on there right now. Too bad the people bidding on them do not realize that they can get brand new ones for free from Volvo. As far as I know Volvo is the only car company that does this. It probably is a great advertising tool for them.
