Here is the address to a pretty detailed wiring diagram http://www.volvo-1800.com/wiring.htm. Like the person before me said try to clean off the bases of the fuses, twist them and then if that doesn't work I used sand paper on one of mine a few days ago and my lights went back on. Electrical isn't fun just be gald that some idiot didn't decide to rewire your car like what was done to mine.
