I have a 1995 965 w/131,000 mi.
I love the car and have had no trouble with it in the 2 years I have owned it.
When I first purchased the car It had a Brain issue,(sudden rough running/stalling) My Wynns warranty paid for a brain and no more trouble.
Till now,2 years later the same deal, sudden rough running/stalling starts right up and runs fine after being shut down and restarted. (reboot?)
The local shop read the check engine code and replaced the "air mass"
sensor. Did not help, the car still once a week or so stalls while driving.
I have no problem replacing the brain, still under warranty (barely)but
the shop wont untill the car acts up in their shop.
Why is my Volvo "eating brains"'?
Will I have to put one in every 2 years?
Thank you
Josh Spring
