wow I guess I'll wait a little and read some more be for I do mine or "play with" the 760,
I have nearly everthing I need to do this on my 86 wagon and have been reading quite a bit about turbos. I knew pinging was bad but honetly thought it was a... "you should not let it do that much" situation... Not a "Don't let it do it even a couple of times" situation... And, I was looking at stepping up the recently aquired 760 using just that method
