PS: It would be great if VCOA could find a replacement supplier for the Grille Badges. At least once a week, I find notes on one of my cars ('83 242T, '89 & '93 244's) from other Volvo owners inquiring about membership and/or badge availability. Sadly, once I even found a broken 'vane' on my '89 from someone eveidently atempting to remove the badge from outside the car. As the car/hood were locked and I had a spare Grille, it was nothing more than a disturbing event (no note that time, either). I emailed Gretchen Adams, who promptly replied that a new supply is being sought. I really wanted to give badges as Holiday presents to my Brick Buddies, but alas, they'll have to settle for imported beer.
