Well, I would think the only issues would be (a) if the stench from a deocpsing corpse would contribute to driveability and therefore become a distraction while driving or (b) there was a significant engine or drive train performance issue as a result of the corpse residing in the back seat. The only restrictive purchase issue would be if the corpse were a close relative (emphasis on close) or not. If it were the latter, I would seek permission from the spouse or the significant other before purchasing the vehicle.
