have you visited www.volvoadventures.com
gearbox used on 360 is indexed M45R(4-speed) and M47R(5-speed)
first gear ratio is different (not the same as on 240/740)
some details are different.
some bearings may be used from big volvo differential. the others belong only to 300-series.
340/360 has half shafts with constant velocity joints.
maybe it will help you.
