Ditto - it's more the person behind the equipment (which costed them a lot of $$). To compensate for their investment, they'll say everything needs to be replaced to align true.
If not trying to DIY it first, bite the bullet and spend a little more having it done the old fashion way. They can compensate for things that a weasel "mechanic" behind a computer can't.
