Clutch line replacement 700 1991

Hi: I am replacing the rigid steel hydraulic line to the clutch slave cylinder. This is just preventative, it is fairly corroded. Can I use a regular rigid brake line similiar to what's on each caliper? Any info or hints are appreciated.
