Irratic idle at startup. Lambda Temp Sensor 200 1981

According to '75-'85 green manual only B21F-9 (chrysler ignition) and B21F-Turbo models have the lambda temp sensor. My '81 USA-CA model has a green wire from pin 7 to the gray connector but no wire coming out the other side. The sensor directly under #4 intake is the Thermo-time switch for the cold start injector. Below that, in the block, are two sensor bosses. Top is for B21-Turbo CIS temp and bottom for lambda temp. Interestingly, the Turbo and B28F have pressure/micro switches on pin 7 for acceleration enrichment. Perhaps we could gain performance by adding both.
