I'd move the master cylinder & booster forwards to where the battery was.....Here in Australia the Pre '70 RHD 140s have an extra long booster mounting tube that puts the booster & master clyinder up forwards directly behind the RH headlight. After 1970 they used an ugly & heavy bar that put the brakes back in the LHD position.
