CD changer will not release 700 1990

I did a search on the board using the part number for the changer, and there were a number of posts with solutions. On mine I had to manually unwind the CD that was still in the unit by turning the rollers just inside the cartridge door. I got the cartridge out using the credit card trick. Don't use your best Visa though, use an old card, as it will get scratched! It has worked fine ever since.
