Thanks Dave,

Just changed the TAB with some made by MTC on my 1990 Sedan. Not completely sure but think the gap looked more like the picture of the Volvo ones you showed. Still need to change the ones on my 1990 Wagon. Fcpgroton now carries the Boge's at $18 each. Aren't they the OEM? Have you considered using poly? Superpro makes some that uses the orginal shell.
