Frozen Brick 700

Not sure about the floor problem, guess if it looks bad then it is.

As far as pulling out the seats go, it is pretty easy. Get down and look beneath seat, take of the trim work that covers the brackets(front & back). There are for bolts that hold down the brackets to the floor. You will need to move the seats forward to get to the back bolts. Make sure all of your heated seat connections are disconnected, etc. If you can not get to them, not to worry, just make sure before you go and yank the seat completly out that you disconnet them. You will need to push the seat then pull up to get the entire seat out. I found that having an extra body around helps but is not necessary. It is sort of tricky but not a big deal.

Good luck, I am up in Bethlehem,PA myself. I am from the north country (NH).
I love this weather we have been having! Rain is on the way, maybe you can try to get the mat up and put something underneath it till you can get it fixed for good.
