FWIW, I'll try to describe the Clymer version of Vacuum hose routing for the 1981 B21F with Continuous FI (incorporating the wax thermo-valve) ...
1) Hose with a "Tee" from intake plenum nipple to Wax TV inner port. The Tee leads off to the Distributor vacuum diaphragm.
2) Short hose from WTV outer port to front-most (outer) port on WUR. Starting at the WTV, this hose has a Tee (short hose leading to WUR "inner" port), and then a delay valve, between the Tee and the WUR outer port.
In addition, the WUR has a "snorkle" (inverted "U") hose on the top port, as a vent to atmosphere.
