TPS sensor and MPG? 700 1986

I'am not sure I fully understand STUMBLE but I think the car stall right away. What it does it's kind of a lost of power. If I touch the gas the rpm drop, if I keep the pedal at the same point (before the lost of power) the engine will slow down slowly, unless i'am uphill of course. As soon as I come to a stop the engine stall. Nothing in the dash indicate a stall when it append, only when the engine stall completely. I look at the FAQ again tonight and I think I should check the Hall sensor. If there's a trouble with that I change the distributor and rotor I guess? I also check my IAC and the ohm is 22.5 on both sides, witch is higher then the 20ohm... Is it ok or it's bad? And the plug as 12v in the center connection. Is it normal that I can run with the TPS unplug, with no problem? Well no problem except the one I'am having at the moment, with the TPS plug or unplug. Just another question: What is suppose to be the MPG for a NA 1986 740 (B230F engine)?

Thank's, Marc!!!
