Whether its an M41 (most likely for sure), or an M410... if it came out of a ES, it'll work. Keep in mind though that your crossmember ain't gonna work... You'lll have to find a 140 xmember for a OD transmission, or modify yours which may not be that easy....

A '73 ES though definitely came with an M41 originally.
