Thinking about picking up a parts car... What to look for? 200 1976

Found a '76 245 that's in pretty good shape. Body is sound (no rust), but the engine is blown.

As it is, all the electronics on the inside seem to work perfectly (lights still come one, wiper motor works, etc...)

What's the deal with the back seat though? It looks much different from my the back seat on my '80 245. (It looks more like a 140 seat.) Would it fit in my '80?

I have a '77 244 with the same color interior as the parts car, and an '80 245 that has the same color body. (I'd finally be able to do that flat hood conversion on my '80!)

I can get this thing for $100. I'm thinking I'm getting a pretty damn good deal. The body is in such good shape I might consider just finding a new motor to drop in this thing.

Any thoughts?

One last question: For those that don't have a garage or driveway, what do you do with your parts car? Where do you keep it if you have one? I don't have a garage or driveway at my place, so it would be parked on the street for a time. Just worried about city ordinances that say you can't have a car parked in the same place for a certain amount of time, etc...
