The entire glovebox and lower area beneath it are all one piece. First remove the kickpanel directly above the passenger's feet. This will expose 2 screws on both sides. Where the locklatch goes in, to the right side of it, small white plastic slotted, turn it 90degrees. With the glove box open, on both sides are small trim pieces removed with a small screwdriver exposing 2 screws. Install is the reverse.
