removing distributor cap 700 1990

I had to do this for a friend recently found best aproach was to mark the HT leads and disconnect them from the cap (gives more room to work), use an 8mm AF spanner to loosen the three screws then use an 8mm socket which you should be able to turn with your fingers to fully unscrew them - lots of turns needed.
