voltmeter in 760T dash? 700

Dear TurboGreasel,

If I am not mistaken the 760 changed dash/body style in 1988. If this is the case (ie. dash change occurred), the new dash looks more like that of a 940 with a different speedo cluster (shaped like a trapezoid). The only way the 760 from 1989 will accept a 740 type volt gauge is if it has the older style square gauge pod that has four cut outs (2 on each side). However, if the 760 has the trapezoid shaped gauge pod then the original poster is screwed and an aftermarket gauge is the only solution as the 740 gauge won't work.

Tim
