But I haven't fixed it yet. I put the magnifier on that tiny little brass ring and it sure looks like a soldered poke-through. I spoze that's what you're talking about.

I've got a small solderer that's just perfect for things like this. But it's run off and hid.

Once I get the guts out, are the capacitors in plain view?
