It could even be just that he was screwing around in the car towards the end of his ownership, and just decided to do some cookies in the parking lot. Pulling the e-brake while going and such. I can't picture how flat spotting tires has anything to do with bushings or an alignment. Uneven wear, or what not maybe related to that, but flat spotting, as far as i'm concerned, has to do with locking up your tires while moving, or having a car sit for a long period of time without moving. (my gathered $.02) Good luck!
