I did the same thing this summer. The first thing I did was to remove the screws that that screw the spoiler into the bumper as to not break of the very small tabs. I then went and ubolted the nuts and bolts that hold the spoiler on. After removing those fasteners the spoiler should pull out fairly easily. Now for removing the bumper, unbolt the nuts that bolt right to the metal bar of the bumper, not the further ones. Once those are revomed there is a bumper bracket on each fender that you will see behind the side of each bumber, and remove each of those. Now the bumber should pull off. Be patient with the bumper trim, as that comes off sometimes with the bumper. If that does come off, make sure that you get it back on before you reinstall the bumper. It's kind of a tricky situation getting the bumber installed and not moving the trim piece out of place, but it is possible, just allow a good amount of time.
Did I forget anything?
Good luck and happy bricking!
