Fault Codes 200 1989

Repeating fault codes, '89-240 original owner 85,000 miles
Thoughtout the last 15 years my 240 check engine light comes on periodicity, retreiving the same codes everytime of 113-231-221 which according to the fault code table there is a problem in the fuel infectors. Then the car runs rich with a blacken tail pipe. I am on my 4th O2 sensor, but that corrects it for a short period of time. The car is very well maintained. The problem even accured during the warranty period in which the dealer replaced the O2 sensor.
Can't find the GREMLIN!
