B21F/B23E, 6500rpm redline, no rev limiter ('76-'82 for B21F, '81-'83 for B23E in Canada).

B23F/B230F, 6000rpm redline, 6k rev limiter ('83-'84 B23F, '85-'93 for B230F).

I would assume Bob is correct about the turbo having a 6k redline ('81-'85).
