I am running GR2's on my 240, and they are slightly stiffer than Boges. I havehad them for ~1.5yrs now, and they seem to be holding up. I am not sure if it improved handling as I need a whole lotta bushings replaced, but I drive mainly on the highway and they seem fine for that. If I were to do this again, I would go with Bilsteins! Combined with the TME springs from IPD, it's a match made in heaven!
