Thad,
I found those washers in the head gaskets and seals kit I bought a while ago, and have been going around scratching my head over where they belong. I thought they might go with the injectors, but when I had the injectors apart, I found nothing like them in there. So, your post was very timely for me. Just to make sure I understand you right; one of them should go below the injector mount where the O ring also goes, and the other between the injector body and the aluminum mount?
