oversteer, or understeer? 200

You are right, Larger front increases understeer (tendency to go straight when traction is lost) Larger rear bar increases oversteer (Tail happy) One reason bar adjustments can be tricky is the changes (other than reduced body roll) may not be noticable to many drivers until conditions get slippery when the changes become very obvious. When I bought my first set of bars ipd refused to sell 25/25mm set for my otherwise stock (at the time) '88 citing safety issues with oversteer on a stock car.
