Hydraulic valve lifters 140-160

I'm just wondering if anyone has converted his B20 to hydraulic valve lifters? This sure would make the engine quiet, and no more valve clearance adjustment. It takes away the ability to tune though, and becomes really noisy when the ports get dirty. But out of interest I'm wondering if someone actually did this.
